It’s Honey Time!

September 12, 2007

Checked the hives today, and no new progress since I last checked (no surprise). As Michelle and I are leaving for our three month trip through Europe (where we will hopefully tour and blog about various apiaries), it’s time to harvest our honey. We’re short on time, so I’m hoping to find a local beekeeper who will extract our honey for us, as I’ve done in past years. Any suggestions on good folks to talk to?
